Our production is based on long-standing tradition and modern technologies, which allow us to be a reliable partner for a wide range of industrial sectors. We operate our own modern production facility with a state-of-the-art machine park of the latest generation of large-diameter knitting machines, enabling us to ensure consistent quality, flexibility, and fast delivery.
In addition to standard knitwear production, we also manufacture various knitting applications for the automotive, medical, home, and technical sectors, covering demanding industrial client requirements.
1. YARN PROCESSING
The basis of any production is quality yarn. We process a wide portfolio of fibers:

Cotton and organic cotton – comfort and natural feel

Bamboo, Tencel – softness and breathability

Polypropylene, polyamide, and antistatic fibers – for technical and industrial use

Blends of cotton with Lycra or polyester – elasticity and durability

Wool and its blends – thermal insulation properties
Each yarn undergoes careful processing and inspection to meet the specifications required by clients and quality standards.
2. KNITTING OF FABRICS
We produce a wide range of knitted fabrics:

Single jersey and double jersey

Sweatshirt fabrics (french terry)

Piqué, ribbing, cuffs, elastic knits

Special custom-made structures according to the supplied sample
Our modern machines enable the production of non-standard structures and custom manufacturing starting from 60 kg per color and type of knit, providing exceptional flexibility.
3. DYEING AND FINISHING
According to client requirements, we also provide dyeing and finishing processes, including:

Solid and multicolor shades

Various surface treatments according to the intended use (e.g., softening, stabilization, anti-pilling treatment...)
4. PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
We have our own design and construction department and sample room, allowing us to:

Design and prepare patterns in both paper and digital form

Implement complete production from material to finished product

Quickly respond to changes and individual client requirements
5. SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION
Our production also includes technical and specialized products:

6. WAREHOUSING AND FAST REPLENISHMENT
